Open Question: where can i find industrial charms that can be removed or added to the barbells?

and i love it but i cant get it into my ear. It is the correct size and everything its just the monuvering isnt happening and im not ripping my ear apart to make it happen.
so...i saw one of these:

and thought...this is amazing! where can i find more things like this?
and with all of my searching i have found NOTHING!!!!!!
So i was hoping any of you have seen anything of this sort or anything like the stationary charms...that are not stationary...
ANYTHING would be great.
and id like to be able to get them by weds...for the holiday haha
