Open Question: Whenever I wear jewelry…..?
July 3, 2009 – 9:17 pmSo, I've noticed that whenever I wear a necklace I get a horrible itchy rash on the back of my neck. Is there anything I can do to prevent this or at least make the rash go away? Why does the rash appear?
