Open Question: What is a simple project to do in my spare time?

I am a teenage girl but I love arts and crafts. I need some ideas for something I can do in my extra time (I just finished a dog backpack and I want another project to work on).

I like to paint-I can only paint very simple things.
I like to make things with clay.
I like to sew as long as it's simple.
And I want what I make to be useful (i.e. a simple blouse)

I don't really like making jewelry-I don't wear it and I can make it at about a kindergarten level. However, any suggestions are appreciated.
