Open Question: Probable cause what are the guidelines?
October 31, 2009 – 3:17 amI had a friend who stole some jewelry of mine over the past weekend. When the police questioned him he said it was gift. He did admit to sending the text messages stating that he would return the jewelry. The police asked if I want to still press charges. Do I even have a case when there is he said she said? He did return the jewelry today but still it's the fact that he stole from me.
