Open Question: I’ve been tracking my boyfriend thru "find my iPhone" app…I want to tell him, should I?

I've been suffering from a depression for a couple of months now, and it's ruining my relationship. I've become really insecure and since I know my boyfriends apple ID, I've been using the "find my iPhone" app to track him. My friend told me about t cuz she does it to her bf but I wish she never mentioned it to me. This past weekend was really bad and me and my bf took a break. We've been going out for almost two years and still really care about each other. We're starting fresh and we're pretty happy but I want to tell him the truth about the tracking, so 1). He can change his apple Id password, because I don't want to track him anymore ( I don't believe that's healthy for our relationship) 2). I've realized he tells me white lies bout where he is and even though it's nothing serious I get mad cuz he lies. Also, it's ruined surprises like when he went to a jewelry store for valentines day. Should I tell him?
