Open Question: DO I NEED A MALARIA PILL TO TOUR CAIRO? SOMEONE FROM THERE OR WHOSE BEEN THERE PLEASE ANSWER!?

I'm going to Cairo, Egypt in Oct and I know the average weather is high 85 F and low 65 F. All my shots are up to date such as the hepatitis, Typhoid, Tetanus, etc and I know certain parts of Africa you need to take a malaria pill and was wondering do I need to take to go to Cairo? If I get Malaria is there a cure for it? What are the side effects and can I die from it? I was wondering is it dangerous there for BLACK American men? Is it dangerous and have a high crime rate and have a lot of bombings like other middle eastern countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc Is it safe to go to night clubs?

Do the women there like BLACK American men? Is it very expensive like Rome? Do they have a nice zoo and aquarium? What is the best Egyptian museums to see? How much is the trip for the Pyramids and Sphinx? Are the people hospitable towards Americans? Do they speak English well? All the places I've been too overseas I wear my jewelry and nice clothes and never had a problem even in eastern Europe countries and I was fine. Now am I able to still wear my nice things in Cairo?
