Open Question: ATTENTION LADIES! Jewelry question here. Need your advice!?

First off...thank you for your suggestions. I'm shopping for a watch for my girlfriend. I have NO IDEA what good brands are. I'm looking for something that is silver, and prefer it to have bling...diamonds? Not the kind of bling that is ugly...just tasteful. I've decorated her with a heart shaped diamond necklace that was around 1 carot, an a journey necklace with seven diamonds...I believe it was around a carot as well. Just telling you what I've bought in the past, so you know what kind of "bling" I'm looking for.

I thought about a watch...or journey earrings...but nothing is set in stone yet. Any input or suggestions you can give me on a watch manufacturer is greatly appreciated! I saw a DKNY watch (model number NY4530) but didn't like the fact that it was "crystals". What do you think? (and I have no idea if DKNY is any good, or cheap trash)
