Open Question: a promise ring for my boyfriend’s birthday?

i want to buy a promise ring for my boyfriend in his birthday with our names on it but i will buy it over the internet and what i know from my friends is that some untrusted sites after u pay the money don't deliver what u bought or when delivering it u found thats not the precious thing u bought so this site

he is abroad and i can't buy it from a local jeweler because it would take so much time to buy it then send it to him by the normal way and his birthday is just after a couple of days.
