Open Question: 18th birthday gift ideas for girls?

So its my sister's 18th birthday in november and I have NO IDEA what to get her...ideassss???
not too expensive por favor I asked this question before, but i got answers telling me to make a collage orrrrr like something that will remind her of me...but i wanna get her something you would only get for an 18th bday...not jewellery, clothes or anything like that because I've gotten her that stuff for like every bday...This one is supposed to be really special...something just for an 18th bday...and please don't say stuff like "something original", give me a few actual ideas pleaaasseee
