Our prom theme this year is "A night in Paris"
I already have a dress: it's a deep red strapless with silver on top, floor length.
However, I'm not quite sure about everything else (hair, makeup, shoes, jewelry). I really want it to tie into the theme, any suggestions?
fyi: I have short brown hair (bob haircut), I'm really tall and skinny, and pale. I'm taller than my date...

I got my septum pierced about 4 years ago. It is still open because I can fit things like paper clips and regular earrings through the hole. As far as the actual jewelry for the piercing, it doesn't fit. It goes into the hole, but won't come out on the other side. Would it be safe if I forced it through. It's just painful and I can't stop sneezing! Or should I just take it to the piercer and have them do something?
OK, It's for my mom. She doesn't like jewelry, and she hates all the clothing anyone else picks out for her. She's the kind of person that if she wanted something, she'd just buy it, why wait for a birthday, So it's impossible to find her something she actually wants and she values usefulness and humor more then whats "pretty" Shes highly democratic and roman catholic. She's a doctor and likes to knit and doesn't like electronics very much though she's open to new ideas because she plays games on the computer a lot. PLEASE help. I have no idea what to get her. She likes gardening her but I tried that for Christmas and she still hasn't planted some of them. candles have been over done. She's very into politics, she's democratic and has a bumper sticker like "Who would Jesus bomb?" Any ideas?

I was coming up with some great ideas for some jewelry designs (Mostly rings), and I'd like to start up a business that makes and sells my designs. I just have no idea how to start it up. I don't know how to get the items made, I don't know how I can finance the startup (It's the recession, I'm busted). How could I start up a business like that?
What should I get her? She is my best friend.
